Trimmer Requirement

Sets the trimmer requirements for supports.

You are prompted to Pick Support or <ESC> to finish :

Note:
The prompt does not display if the support is already selected.

1. Click to identify the support using a cursor pick in the 3D view.

   You can continue to identify additional supports.

2. Press ESC to end the selection process and display the Set Trimmer window.

   

   The Set Trimmer window displays all the identified supports and the current trimmer requirement status.

   CE	Click to select the existing support as the current element. The CE is added to the list of available supports.
   Identify By Cursor	Click to identify a support using a cursor pick in the 3D view. You are prompted to Pick Support or <ESC> to finish. The identified support is added to the list of available supports.
   Support	The column displays the support name.
   Trimmer	The column displays the trimmer requirement status. TRUE indicates a trimmer is required. FALSE indicates a trimmer is not required.
   Select All Supports	Select the check box to apply or remove a trimmer requirement for all supports in the list of available supports.
   Apply Trimmer	Select from the drop down list to apply a trimmer requirement to the currently selected support. A confirm window displays asking you to OK the addition. Click Yes to add the trimmer steel requirement.
   Remove Trimmer	Select from the drop down list to remove a trimmer requirement from the currently selected support. A confirm window displays asking you to OK the deletion. Click Yes to delete the trimmer steel requirement.

3. Click Cancel to close the Set Trimmer window.
