Grid Plane View

Sets the view to display a specified grid plane and all the 3D model elements that are associated with it.

With the 3D view displayed, select a grid plane in the Model Explorer. The grid plane is highlighted in the 3D view.

The grid plane displays in the view and is scaled to the view limits.

By default, section planes are created to remove unwanted elements from the view. You can modify the section planes to define the view. Refer to Modify Section Plane using Grip Points for further information.

The view can be modified to display the grid plane view.
