What's New in 2023

The following features are introduced or changed in the AVEVA Production Accounting 2023 Release.

New features and Enhancements

  • Emission Monitoring and Reporting

    AVEVA Production Accounting can estimate the CO2 emissions by calculating the CO2 equivalent for the defined components in stream object. User can create report for CO2 emissions using AVEVA Production Accounting Excel Add in. For more information, refer to Emission Monitoring & Reporting.

  • Process and Node balance report to MS Excel

    User can now query the Process and Node Balance results for one day or multiple days. It also allows exporting the Process and Node balance results to MS Excel using Report to Excel. For more information, refer to Report To Excel.

  • AVEVA Thermo Library integration for Pure components

    AVEVA Production Accounting is now integrated with AVEVA Thermodynamics Library for Pure components. It allows user to calculate Specific enthalpy and Heating value of a stream at specific operating conditions like Temperature, Pressure, Composition and Phase of the Stream. Existing models can use AVEVA Thermodynamics Library by upgrading to AVEVA Production Accounting 2023. For more information, refer to Configuring Components from AVEVA Thermodynamics Library.

  • Equation editor support for multiple equations

    Equation editor is now supporting execution of multiple equations and return the last line result as output. For more information, refer to Building Formulas with Smart Objects.

  • AVEVA Data Hub as Interface Source

    AVEVA Data Hub is a cloud based historian. AVEVA Production Accounting is now supporting AVEVA Data Hub as Interface Source. User can Import and Export data from or to AVEVA Data Hub. For more information, refer to AVEVA DATA HUB.

  • Delete Old Inactive Transaction Streams

    User can Delete all the old inactive transaction streams from the database and PFD file. For more information, refer to Delete Old InActive Transaction Streams

  • Enhancements in Dashboard

    The following enhancements are added to the Dashboard functionality.

    • User can now be able to select the different chart type and same can be persisted.

    • Tag search functionality is improved.

    • Legend in Time period vs Property chart is moved to bottom of the Chart.

  • Streams Information

    User can now be able to see number of streams in various (like Measured, Un Measured, Redundant, Non-Redundant and Out of Service streams) categories from the Help->About->Streams Info. For more information, refer to About AVEVA Production Accounting.
