The VM pool mechanism automatically checks the unallocated VMs' matched configuration. If the unallocated VMs' numbers are less than the configuration, the VM pool supplements the new VMs. The VM pool automatically handles the failed launched VMs and deletes and recreates them. If the number of unallocated VMs is greater than the configuration, then the VM pool starts to delete the excess. VM creation or deletion occurs in sequential order.
