New features

AVEVA™ Production Accounting on AVEVA™ Connect

We are pleased to release AVEVA™ Production Accounting on AVEVA™ Connect.

Performance improvements

We have made some enhancements to improve the performance of AVEVA™ Production Accounting while connecting to MS Access.

Enhancement to performance equations

Performance equations are supported with archive values in addition to summary values.

Daily totalizer support for PI

Daily totalizer attribute is supported for all PI methods (SDK, WebAPI, and AF).

Chinese and Spanish language support

AVEVA™ Production Accounting 2022 is a resource-based application and now supports Chinese and Spanish languages in addition to English and Russian languages. After installing the software, you can customize the default language from English and choose the language of your choice from the supported languages.

Menu options and information in the model will now be shown in the language of users choice. You can also modify the resource file used for the specific language, if required.

Changes to deployment and installation

Devart provider for Oracle

AVEVA™ Production Accounting 2022 supports the Devart provider for connecting to an Oracle database. With this enhancement, there is no need to install an Oracle client on the APA machine.

Functionality is marked as deprecated when a specific function or feature is still supported in the current release, but might be removed in a future release. We advise that you phase these features out of your projects and begin to use alternative features.
