The following issues may arise while using the User page:

VM allocation on the User page fails or takes a long time.

If a VM allocation failure error message appears, contact your administrator to delete the failed VM. Click on an enabled product version to allocate a new VM.

If a lack-of-credit error message appears, contact your administrator for more credits.

After the system allocates a new VM, the system executes the start command before you connect to the VM. This is likely because either:

The start command execute failed. Complete the following:

Contact the Product team to verify the configuration script format for the image.

Contact your administrator to confirm that the configured commands can be executed normally.

Contact AVEVA Support to look into problems that occur within the VM.

The start command is stuck. Contact the Development team to look into problems that occur inside the VM.

You still cannot access the VM after disconnecting and reconnecting. Contact your administrator to check your VM status.

After you disconnect the VM for more than the assigned disconnection time while the VM is executing the stop workflow (backup data), a backup prompt appears if you attempt to reconnect the VM during the backup period. If the backup fails, an error message appears.

Contact your administrator to retry the stop operation on the pool status page.

Contact the development team to look into problems that occur within the VM.
