Cycle time high/low news stories

When a state cycle time is longer or shorter than usual, AVEVA Insight will generate a news story. State cycle time applies to tags which AVEVA Insight observes as regularly reporting a different value for a period of time before reporting the original value. The state cycle time refers to the total length of time it takes for the value of a given tag to change and then change back to the original state. AVEVA Insight analyzes tag data for deviations in the expected cycle time for a tag and generates a story based on whether the cycle time was longer than expected, or shorter than expected.
