AVEVA Insight Analytics Publisher

AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher is an easy-to-use, cloud-based integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability that combines the abilities of AVEVA Predictive Analytics, AVEVA Process Optimization and AVEVA Insight to provide risk-based operations and maintenance, process efficiency and production planning.

The AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher is configured and deployed to an on-premise device via AVEVA Edge Management. During deployment, AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher establishes secure connections with AVEVA Predictive Analytics, AVEVA Process Optimization and AVEVA Insight. After the deployment, AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher constantly interacts with all dependent systems to read and write information.

Data from on-premise Predictive Analytics and Process Optimization solutions are sent to AVEVA Insight, where the data is visualized on the Analytics dashboard. AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher automates the linkage between Process Optimization and Predictive Analytics. It also provides a deeper insight into risk for asset/equipment via Predictive (machine learning) + Performance (AI-infused simulation) + Prognostic (deep learning) capabilities.

AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher:

Predictive Analytics models that use calculated outputs from Process Optimization as inputs are High Dynamic Range (HDR) models. HDR models allow earlier detection of issues. The dashboard displays:

• The status of the HDR models for the selected Process Optimization model (Alert, Runtime, Case Status, historical changes in alert state)

• Remaining Life Estimation

The Analytics dashboard combines model related data and analysis in one location. Multiple models can be associated with a single asset and are listed on the Analytics tab. In AVEVA Insight you can navigate the site hierarchy using the breadcrumbs, and for a selected asset you can view the following information:

• Predictive Analytics KPIs

• Links to details in Predictive Analytics

• Remaining Life Estimation

• Process Optimization Trends

• Process Optimization Case Management Integration

If a model for an asset is published, the Analytics dashboard is displayed by default when an asset is selected. The dashboard will summarize and roll up results based on the analytic model type. AVEVA Predictive Analytics Insight Publisher can publish up to 50 Predictive Analytics models to AVEVA Insight.
