Prerequisites for AVEVA Real-Time System

You must have:

• AVEVA Process Simulation installed on the same computer that you plan to run AVEVA Real-Time System (RTS) on.

  We recommend that you use the all-users edition of the AVEVA Process Simulation install (SimSci.SimCentral.SingleEditionSetupAllUsers.exe) with Roaming Profiles turned off. See the AVEVA Process Simulation Installation Guide (the AVEVA Process Simulation Installation Guide.pdf file in your AVEVA Process Simulation installation package) for more information.

• Access to a valid license for each AVEVA Process Simulation instance that you plan to run simultaneously.

  For a production server, we recommend that you use the AVEVA Licensing System (ALS).
