Licensing for AVEVA Process Simulation

You must add the user-level environment variables for licensing to the system-level environment so that all user accounts can see them.
For the AVEVA Licensing System (ALS) license type, the variables are:

AVEVA_LICENSE_SERVER_LIST
-
AVEVA_CONNECT_AUTHORITY_URL
For the legacy FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license type, the variable is IPASSI_LICENSE_FILE
There are two ways you can add environment variables that are only available in the user-level section to the system-level environment:

From the System Properties dialog (see Use System Properties to make user-level environment variables available to all user accounts for more information)

From an Administrator Command Prompt (see Use Command Prompt to make user-level environment variables available to all user accounts for more information)
