Configure firewalls to open the port for RTS Console

You should configure all firewalls on your computer to open the RTS Console port for remote access. In this case, you should open port 443. The procedures to open a port depend on the specific firewall software that you have installed.
The following procedure details how to open the RTS Console port in the Windows Firewall only. If you have other firewalls installed, see the third-party user documentation for your firewall software for specific instructions on how to open ports through that firewall.
Open the RTS Console port in the Windows Firewall

On the Windows Start menu or taskbar, search for firewall.
The Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security app appears in the search results.

Select the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security app.
The Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security window appears.

In the leftmost pane, select Inbound Rules.

In the Actions pane, select New Rule.
The New Inbound Rule Wizard appears.

On the Rule Type page, select Port, and then select Next.

On the Protocol and Ports page, in the Specific local ports box, enter 443, and then select Next.

On the Action page, keep the default Allow the connection selection, and then select Next.

On the Profile page, ensure that Domain, Private, and Public are selected, and then select Next.

On the Name page, in the Name box, enter the name (for example, RTS) that you want to use for the rule.

(Optional) In the Description box, enter a description for the rule.

Select Finish.
