Fluid Flow mode for the CC3 example simulation

The purpose of Fluid Flow mode is to serve as an intermediate calculation before running dynamic cases.
Because we do not include level controls for the reflux drum or the column sump, we need to swap the specifications in the following table to obtain appropriate solutions for the drum and sump levels in Fluid Flow mode.
