Fluids for the CC3 example simulation

This simulation uses a VLE compositional fluid named BenTol, which we model by using the Soave Redlich Kwong (SRK) method.

We use the Air_IG fluid in the Fluids Library to model the condenser air.

We use the IF97 steam fluid in the Fluids Library to model the reboiler steam.
