Economics for the CC28 example simulation

We add the WasteGHG submodel to the FlueGas Sink to calculate our greenhouse gas emissions from the furnace. We also add the SummaryGHG model to our main flowsheet to quickly view the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions for the process.
