rts install-service
-
Installs AVEVA Real-Time System (RTS) as a Windows service and configures the service to start automatically on the system start-up. This command also configures the service to run under the non-privileged LocalService user account.

You should use the Windows Services app (or an appropriate command-line tool) to reconfigure the service to use a privileged user account.
