Rename a flowsheet parameter or a flowsheet variable from the Simulation Manager
-
In the Simulation Manager, double-click the name of the flowsheet parameter or flowsheet variable.
Flowsheet parameters and flowsheet variables appear at the top of the tree view under the Main branch, before the flowsheet equations and model instances.
-
Enter the new name for the flowsheet parameter or flowsheet variable.
All Variable References on the Canvas update to use the new name for the flowsheet parameter or flowsheet variable.
Any flowsheet equations that use the flowsheet parameter or flowsheet variable do not update. You must manually update the formula for the flowsheet equations to use the new name.
