Dynamics mode for the BA1 example simulation

The objective of Dynamics mode is to observe the transient behavior of the system during batch operations.

The default set of specified variables includes all the variables that we need to meet the design requirements. Therefore, we do not switch any process specifications in Dynamics mode.
