Fluids for the CC2 example simulation

This simulation uses the custom fluid named CC2Feed, which is a VLE compositional fluid modeled with the Soave-Redlich-Kwong (SRK) equation of state. It also uses the custom fluid named DowthermA, which is an incompressible liquid.
