Sequence state persistence for online and backfill modes

To make AVEVA Real-Time System (RTS) resilient to system restarts or crashes, RTS uses the sequence_state.json file in the sequencerunstate folder to store information related to sequence states during online and backfill mode execution. You should not modify this file. The RTS server automatically creates and maintains it. When the RTS server starts, it scans the sequence_state.json file and starts the scheduled and background runs automatically.
If you are using RTS 6.1, your sequence_state.json file uses an old format with fewer attributes. When you upgrade to a later RTS version, please manually delete this file before you start scheduling your sequences.
