About scenarios
The Scenario Manager allows you to script detailed scenarios so that you can perform a simulation without manually executing the steps on your own. You store your scenarios as part of the simulation, or within the simulation Repository.

Concepts
-
You can script detailed simulation scenarios.
-
Scenarios execute operational steps automatically.
-
You can record simulation steps and save them as a scenario.
-
Scenarios can save the simulation results as snapshots.
-
The software stores scenarios as part of a simulation.
-
By default, Auto Solve is turned off during scenario runs regardless of the Auto Solve setting for the simulation. See Turn on or turn off automatic solving (Auto Solve) for more information.
-
Unless you specifically turn on Auto Solve for a scenario, you must use the SOLVE command to solve the simulation and produce simulation results for any changes that you make from the scenario.
-
You can use the SOLVER command with the AUTO argument to turn on Auto Solve for all commands that follow the SOLVER command in the scenario.
