Applications of the Curl-Pitzer method

The Curl-Pitzer (CP) equation of state is suitable for most hydrocarbon applications, including natural gas and refinery processes. Because the CP equation of state must extrapolate for vacuum columns, we recommend that you use a thermodynamic method other than the CP equation of state for vacuum applications.
