Custom reactor model for the CC2 example simulation

We provide the CumeneRates submodel to formulate the reaction. You can view and edit this custom model in the simulation-specific library for the example simulation.

We use this custom submodel in the Plug Flow Reactor (PFR) to include the reaction rates, in kmol/(kg-catalyst)-sec, for the cumene reactor. It includes rates for the following reactions:

• Propylene + Benzene à Cumene

• Propylene + Cumene à p-Diisopropylbenzene
