Summary for the S2 example simulation

This example simulation demonstrates how to create a fuel fluid (typically coal) by using its ultimate analysis and how to set up the burner to get the correct combustion products and energy. The ultimate analysis provides a bulk weight distribution of the atomic species within the fuel, which we treat as a single component within the fluid.
