Typically, a sequence folder contains cycle script (.csx) and simulation file (.simx). When you run the cycle script, it imports the local .simx file into the AVEVA Process Simulation repository, which is the local user's appdata folder when accessed by a script. It does this when the simulation does not yet exist in the AVEVA Process Simulation repository or the .simx has been modified. This means that AVEVA Real-Time System picks up your changes when you updated either the cycle script or the .simx file in the sequence folder.
See Library management (Libs folder) and Simulation management (Sims folder) for more information.
