Revision log for the CC3 example simulation

Note that we occasionally make changes to AVEVA Process Simulation and the example simulations. These changes may not be reflected in this document for every AVEVA Process Simulation software release. There may be modeling details that are different, screenshots that do not match, and numerical answers that are different. We will update the examples in a future version of AVEVA Process Simulation.
