About Excel reports

AVEVA Process Simulation is shipped with a Microsoft Excel Add-In that you can select when you install the product. This add-in allows you to connect to an AVEVA Process Simulation Repository, open a particular simulation, and load specific snapshot data or the results of a simulation to create and maintain Excel reports. When you install the AVEVA Process Simulation Excel Add-In, the SimCentral tab will automatically be visible in Excel; from there, you can open a particular simulation and begin to create a report. You can refresh your report from within Excel, and the newest simulation data will be loaded. You can save and re-open a report and all links will function as long as the simulation is available in the Repository. To install the AVEVA Process Simulation Excel Add-In, you must either have Microsoft Excel 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 installed on your computer.
