Vapor enthalpy calculation methods

You can use the Vapor Enthalpy list in the Fluid Editor to change the vapor enthalpy calculation method for Compositional fluids. The Vapor Enthalpy list is available only for fluids that meet the following requirements:

• The fluid contains a vapor phase.

• The fluid uses the Ideal method or one of the equations of state as its system calculation method.

If you do not see the Vapor Enthalpy list in the Fluid Editor, the fluid uses its system calculation method to calculate the vapor enthalpy.

When you change the vapor enthalpy calculation method, you can select one of the following thermodynamic methods or continue to use the system calculation method.

  Important: The GERG-2008 equation of state in AVEVA Process Simulation is currently in an experimental state.
