Supported browsers

Typically, you use the RunRTSWebUI.bat file in the root folder of the AVEVA Real-Time System (RTS) installation to open the RTS Console. This file supports the following browsers:

• Microsoft Edge

• Google Chrome

If neither browser is found, the software uses the default browser.

For Mozilla FireFox, you may encounter an HTTP 401 unauthorized error. See Troubleshooting in FireFox for more information.
