Lookup lists

In this tab extra lookup lists can be defined. These list are used in different places (such as, Extra lookup lists) in Asset Strategy Optimization.

There are five types of look up lists: Task code, Group, Tasktype, Maint Staff Type, and Supplier.

You may define these lookup lists as follows:

1. Select one of the look up list types:

2. Click Edit List

3. Add one or more lookup values

4. Optionally, change the order in the list

5. Save the list

6. Repeat from step 1, or save and close

Important: if the look up values in a look up list are in use in maintenance, then do not remove them! By removing a look up value here, the value will be lost in the maintenance actions.
