RCA Problem analysis

In the window Problem Analysis you can go into detail regarding one or multiple subproblems. Furthermore several possible causes can be mentioned in the column titles.

Window of Problem Analysis

With the button 'Open KV' and 'Close KV' (Characteristics and changes) you can hide or unhide the columns 'Characteristics', 'Changes' and 'Date/Time'. The columns will be included in the screenshot when the columns are shown. Using the button 'Print Problem Analysis' allows you to print one or multiple analysis.

Using the button 'Add new row' / 'Delete selected row' you can add or delete rows for each subject (see the columns with 'WHAT', 'WHERE', etc.).

The numbers in the possible causes (see vertical column titles the screenshot above) refer to the corresponding assumptions and clarifications in the list in the top right of the screen. When populating with an unknown number it will automatically be added under 'Assumptions and clarifications'.
