Display the Optimize Maintenance Grid

This grid view generates a list of the preventive maintenance for all failure causes under the selected system level in the FMECA model, together with the maintenance strategy, an indication for mandatory maintenance, and the criticality outcome. Like all grids in Asset Strategy Optimization, the Optimize Maintenance grid is context sensitive. You first need to select an appropriate level in the Asset Tree.

Tip: Since the list can grow large quickly, it is advised to select a lower level in the Asset Tree, to keep the optimization action manageable.

To open the Optimize Maintenance grid:

1. Select an appropriate level in the Asset Tree.

2. Click the actions (hamburger) menu button on the top right.

3. Select the option Optimize maintenance.

   The Optimize Maintenance Grid appears (see below image).

4. Choose one of the strategies, then proceed as instructed in the following topics.
