Remove the link between a failure mode and failure cause

To remove the link between a failure cause and failure mode

1. Select the failure cause.

2. Move your mouse to point to the linked failure mode; the blue line will end in a circle with a cross sign .

3. Click the cross sign to break the link.

   A pop-up message appears, asking for confirmation to delete the link.

4. Press the Delete button to break the link.

   The blue vertical line disappears, indicating that the link no longer exists.
