Display a report

A report that has been Design report, based on a View, using the Report Designer, can be opened from the FlexGrid View.

To open a tailor-made report, follow these steps:

1. Open the FlexGrid View screen
   
   

2. Choose a View

3. At the bottom right of the screen, press button Show report
   
   

   The tailor-made report will be opened

   The button Show report will only be available if for that view a tailor made report was actually created and bound to the view (by pressing the Save button in the Report Designer).

   Per View exactly one report can be defined.

   Reports show up much faster when opened up at lower levels in your asset tree. To minimize waiting times, it is advised to initiate reports based on a data set that is as small as possible.
