RCA Action list

In the Action list tab of the RCA module you can define all the follow up actions from the RCA model output.

The Action list is filled in automatically with actions from the Event Map and can be manually adjusted and filled with additional actions.

Creation of Actions

The list is created automatically based on the Action nodes in the Event Map. The list can be manually adjusted and filled with additional actions.

In order to do so follow these steps:

1. Click on to create a new action

2. The end date and last mutation date will be filled in automatically. The end date can be changed.

3. All of the columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking with the left mouse button. on the column button.

4. The order of the columns can be easily changed by dragging the columns. Don't forget to save your new lay-out afterwards!

5. Use the button 'Apply' to save the data in the model.

6. Use the button 'OK' to save the data that has been filled in and to return to the RCA projects overview screen.

7. Use the button 'Cancel' if you do not want to save the data into the model and to return to the RCA projects overview screen.

Changing the Status

It is possible to change the status of the action point in the action list when the situation of the action point changes, it is possible to change the status in the action list screen. This is done as follows. The following example shows an action list:

The status from the selected action point is currently allocating. This will be changed into implementing

8. Double-click on the status of an action point to open the properties

9. Change the status type: Asset Strategy Optimization only shows allowed status options

10. Save the changes that have been made by pressing OK or Cancel to prevent the changes. The status is changed from Allocating to Implementing in the example below. 
    
    

The status is changed. The color of the status changes when the status is changed. The color of the corresponding node in the Event Map will also change.
