Creating and editing reports is possible using the Report management screen. This can be opened as follows:

Open menu
User Reports > Report Management.
The Report Management screen appears, displaying the report types.

In the Report type pane of the Report Management window, the report types are defined. They are divided into FM Library, FMECA Systems,Simulation Models, and RCA.
Once you select a report type, all the existing reports of this type will appear on the Report properties pane. You now have several options:

New
Select to design a new report in Crystal Reports

Edit
Select to edit an existing report

Link report
Select to link a newly created Crystal Report to a user query from the Report module.

Search (with Browse) for reports that were made in Crystal Reports

Enter a description and press Next

Select a database definition query, and press Next

Optionally enter a title, comments and author.

Complete the steps

The report is now linked to the Asset Strategy Optimization reporting module and will be visible in the reports list in the Report Management screen.

Delete
Select to delete an existing superfluous or incorrect report.

Export
Select to export an existing report, including its query definition, to Asset Strategy Optimization Report format (*.orp). The default folder that will be opened is the same folder as where models are exported to (see Extra > Options > System options > Export/Import).

Import

Select to import a report into Asset Strategy Optimization Report format (*.orp). The default folder that will be opened is the same folder as where models are imported from. (see Extra > Options > System options > Export/Import).

Search for the desired Asset Strategy Optimization report file (*.orp)

Press Open.

Select Close to close the Report Management window and return to the main window of Asset Strategy Optimization.
