RCA Human Performance Analysis

The RCA module supports behavior analysis in two windows:

• 'Behavior analysis (Human Performance Analysis)'

• 'Behavior analysis: Balance of Consequences'

The behavior analysis allows you to zoom in to the behavior and assess what has led to the problem. Every behavior analysis automatically makes an overview of the consequences.

Using the button 'Remove this HPA' will remove the current behavior analysis and its corresponding overview of consequences.

Using the button 'Print Human Performance analysis' allows you to make a report of the shown behavior analysis.

In the case of multiple behavior analysis an export will be made to Excel with a tab for each behavior analysis.

Balance of Consequences

Every 'Balance of Consequences' corresponds to a certain behavior analysis. It is only possible to create an overview of consequences from the behavior analysis window (see above).
