Grid view options

Grid views are used in several places in the web version of Asset Strategy Optimization. They all behave more or less the same.

Note: all changes applied to the grid view will be retained until the user navigates to a different screen.

When exporting the grid, the exact view, including column width will be preserved in the exported view.
