Desktop version

As a user of the web version of Asset Strategy Optimization, you should be aware that there is also a desktop version, where more advanced and administrative tasks can be performed. Some initial steps will need to be made in the desktop version before a web version user can use Asset Strategy Optimization to its full potential. These include:

• Set up roles and user permissions

• Create at least one risk matrix

• Populate the Library

• Setting up the configuration like currency unit, user interface language, use of free fields and cost categories, and the behavior of certain functions.
