Properties of FBM - Environmental impact
The object Maintenance contains properties that can be edited by the user. Double-clicking the object will open the Properties screen of that object. (Alternatively, the Property Grid can be used to directly edit the data there).

Impact category |
Categories can be defined using the menu bar: Extra> Options> System options. The first column of the grid provides the category name, the unit of measurement, and the emission factor defined in System options. For example: Energy kWh (2) Where ‘Energy’ is the impact category, ‘kWh’ is the unit of measurement, and '(2)' is the emission factor. In the second column, enter the category value. |

Total CO2e |
This field will automatically calculate the total value by multiplying the emission factor with the category value and adding the results of all the categories. This field is a read-only field. For example, consider a scenario where we have three Environmental Impact categories: Energy, Temp, and GHC Emission.
Then, the Total CO2e is calculated as:
