In the 'Conclusions and recommendations' tab you can define your conclusions and recommendations from the RCA model.

Besides this, you can also add documents or hyper links that are relevant to your RCA model:

Use the 'Add link' button to add a new (hyper)link.

Followed by the 'ab|' button to alter the text or the 'search' button to point to the location of the document.

Use the 'Apply' button to save the data of the model you entered.

Use the button 'OK' to save the data that has been populated into the model and to return to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) screen. Or use the 'Cancel' button to if you do not want to save the data and to return to the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) screen.
