Set the default import and export location

Asset Strategy Optimization supports importing and exporting data. This will initially be done using a default location, which can be configured.

Note: If you are upgrading to a new version then you probably already configured the import and export locations, so you can skip to this step.

From Asset Strategy Optimization you can do imports and exports from Excel and Opt+ files.

To set the default location that will be used for the Export and Imports

1. Go to Extra > Options > System options.

   The System options screen appears.

   

2. Select the tab Export/Import.

   The following screen appears.

   

3. Select the default location for your exports and imports using the Browse button.
