RCA Reports

It is possible to print the event map within the RCA module. In order to do so, open the Event map and use the button: "Print Event Map".

The report viewer will be opened and show the event map.

The Screenshot always incorporates the legend for an overview of the symbols. Using the print button (top left) will print the overview of the Event map.

A new report within the RCA module is the A3 report. You can generate this report by selecting an RCA project followed by using the button . This report has specifically been designed for A3-format paper. An example of the report is shown below:

Explanation of the headers of the report

• Involved- List of people that are involved in the RCA project (name and role)

• Creation date and last changes- Date the RCA has been created or changed

• For the user manual GA and PA - Model name of the RCA

• POT (Pay-off time), Created by, Checked and accepted by - Room for signatures

Explanation of 1. Background

• Asset Reference: This field has been directly taken from the field Asset reference from the main screen of the RCA

• Reason: This field has been directly taken from the field Reason from the main screen of the RCA

• Description: This field has been directly taken from the field Description from the main screen of the RCA

Explanation of 2. Understanding the situation / problem

This part of the report consists of two columns with underneath a view lines. These are all taken directly from the corresponding fields i the main screen of the RCA.

• Current costs: This field has been directly taken from the field Current costs from the main screen of the RCA

• Potential savings: This field has been directly taken from the field Potential savings from the main screen of the RCA

• Related business goal(s): This field has been directly taken from the field Related business goal(s) from the main screen of the RCA

• Potential savings: This field has been directly taken from the field Potential savings from the main screen of the RCA

• KPIs for monitoring/evaluation: This field has been directly taken from the field KPIs for monitoring/evaluation from the main screen of the RCA

• Potential savings: This field has been directly taken from the field Potential savings from the main screen of the RCA
