This report shows the top 10 maintenance actions that have resulted in the most downtime. A percentage in relation to the whole can be found here too.
To print this simulation report, follow the steps below:
-
Open the module
Simulation -
Select a simulation on the left
-
Right click the model on the right

Diagram
The total downtime caused by the top 10 downtime failure in the simulated period can be read from the diagram.
In this example it can be seen that the failure relating to the 're-adjusting the brake cable' caused a total of approximately 56 hours of downtime, about 68% of the total downtime.
Report
The following fields are used in the report:
|
FIELD |
DESCRIPTION |
|
Location |
The location indicates where failure occurs. |
|
Part Tag |
Internal number or code can may have been assigned to the Part |
|
Description |
Description of the field (free text) |
|
Strategy |
Type of maintenance used to mitigate the failure |
|
Quantity |
Number of times the failure occurs during the simulation period |
|
Duration |
Duration is total maintenance time, as indicated in the FBM screen, for all FBM actions, so Quantity x Maintenance time per FBM action |
|
Costs |
Total costs for all FBM actions together, so Quantity x Costs per FBM-action. |
|
% of Total |
% of total is the percentage of specific failure of the total number of failures occurring during the simulation period. |
Remark: If an object is selected on a level which is too low, the report function will not be available (greyed out).
