Export the grid views

Views can be exported in two formats: Microsoft® Excel and pdf. The export will mirror the exact view that you set up when starting the export, even grouping of columns.

To export a view in either Microsoft Excel or PDF format:

1. Set up your view in the exact way you want it to appear in the export.

2. Choose your export format by selecting the export button to the right and then either the option Excel export or PDF export.

3. The exported format will be created and will automatically be downloaded using the download function of the used browser.

   Note: In the Optimize Grid and Effective Analysis Grid, the export to PDF with larger data takes longer time to export.
