Properties of FBM - Labor
The object Maintenance contains properties that can be edited by the user. Double-clicking the object will open the Properties screen of that object. (Alternatively, the Property Grid can be used to directly edit the data there).

Note: A decimal value of 0.5 is rounded up and is considered as '0',therefore, a value of '0.51' is considered as minimum accepted value for the wages.

Employee Type |
Employee types are specified on FMECA level. This field cannot be modified, and is therefore greyed out. You can modify and enter it in the FMECA level settings. Read more about entering FMECA level settings Employee Types |

Wages |
The wages depend on the employee type. This field cannot be modified, and is therefore greyed out. You can modify and enter it in the FMECA level settings. Read more about entering FMECA level settings Employee Types |

Labor |
You can enter an amount of labor for each employee type. This amount indicates the number of hours of work an employee type spent on the maintenance action. This field can be edited and is therefore, in white color. Immediately after confirmation of the amount of labor, the field Total labor costs below will be updated. |

Total labor costs (€) |
The total labor costs is a multiplication of the labor matrix. It gives the total amount of the wages (X) labor of all employee types. Unlike the total field of the cost categories, you cannot enter a total value |
