View the Risk Numbers report

The "Risk Numbers" report gives an overview of the failure modes and effects by part, the risk thresholds by business objective, as well as the relevant failure data such as failure cause, condition and associated risk number. The parts are shown in accordance with the GUI Settings in the system options.

1. Right-click a system in the FMECA tree

2. In the context menu, open menu Reports, then choose Risk Numbers in the sub-menu
   

3. The following report will be generated after some time:
   
   

Report Risk numbers

Note: When a risk number is printed in red this means that the risk threshold has been crossed. This threshold can be defined in the  Risk Matrix. The risk threshold also qualifies whether or not a failure is considered critical.

Remark.: If an object is selected on a level which is too low, the report function will not be available (greyed out)
