Reusing a risk matrix

To set a risk matrix by reusing an existing risk matrix

1. Select the system you wish to apply the risk matrix to.

2. In the properties pane, select the option Pick item to copy risk matrix from.

3. From the dropdown list, select the desired risk matrix for your system.

4. Conform your selection by pressing the button Copy matrix.

5. A confirmation message confirms the risk data have been copied over.

To replace your risk matrix with another existing risk matrix

6. Select the system you wish to apply the risk matrix to.

7. In the properties pane, select the option Change to new risk matrix.

8. The button is replaced by a drop-down list with the text Replace current risk matrix with.

9. In this list, select the desired risk matrix.

10. Confirm your selection by pressing the button Overwrite matrix.

11. Confirm the replacement warning.

12. A confirmation message confirms the risk data have been copied over.
