Properties of Maintenance - CBM Follow up Preventive
The object Maintenance contains properties that can be edited by the user. Double-clicking the object will open the Properties screen of that object. (Alternatively, the Property Grid can be used to directly edit the data there).

Number of times a component can be repaired before it has to be replaced. |

This field is only active if a value is entered in the Maintenance Counter. If the number of actions exceeds the Maintenance counter value, a UBM action is obtained from UBM follow-up. This field is mandatory if the Maintenance Counter |

In this field, a delivery time can be entered, if no spare object is linked yet in the maintenance action. If such a link is present, the delivery time will be retrieved from the spare object, and the field will not allow direct editing of the value. To this end, the button (<) needs to be clicked which opens up the mutation screen with the connected spare object. If no spare object is linked, the (<) button serves as a jump-to action which calls the Stock tab to front. In this tab, a link may be set to a spare object If this field is grayed-out, this means that the Maintenance action (tab General) is set to 'Repair'. For repairs, there is no delivery time. |

The maintenance time is shown here on this tab, although it is set through the General tab (the view is simplified, since a distribution if chosen is not shown here). The presence of this field only serves as part of a quick overview of the composing time factors of downtime in one tab. To see the maintenance time parameters in full and jump to the correct tab, a button (<) is provided. |
