Install and configure AVEVA Asset Strategy Optimization

Before you begin

• Ensure that the system on which you are installing the application has all the latest operating system, .NET Framework, and security patches.

• For Asset Strategy Optimization Web App, make sure that the IIS application is installed on your system.

• Ensure that all the prerequisites for installing Platform Common Services 8.1.5 are installed manually. For more information about the prerequisites, see the Platform Common Services documentation at docs.aveva.com.

• Make sure that you unblock the files downloaded from the internet. For more information on how to unblock the files, see the topic Unblocking files.

The following are the steps you need to perform for installing and configuring the AVEVA Asset Strategy Optimization.

• Run the AVEVA Asset Strategy Optimization Installation Wizard

• Configure AVEVA Asset Strategy Optimization

• View the Web App after the configuration

• View the Windows App after the configuration
