After the merge operation the complete part structure in the Library will have been copied over to the Asset tree, while the part field values were (partly) copied over to the part in the Asset tree. Note that the field ‘MTTF Correction applied’ indicates whether a correction was actually performed (1). Note also that the original library value for MTTF of 2 years has been corrected to 80% (MTTF correction value in media library list) of that value, which is 1.6 years when copied to the part in the Asset tree (2). For the other failure cause (3), no correction was applied, so the original MTTF value of 2 years was retained before copying it to the part in the Asset tree (4).
